How To Jack Up A Car

Here are a set of instructions on how to jack up a car safely. Use the hand brake and put the car in gear before proceeding.

1. Start by finding the jack up points on the vehicle. 2. Using the image above to find the jack locations raise the vehicle high enough to allow the jack stands to slide in. 3. Lower vehicle using the jack slowly onto the jack stands. Find a spot on the bumper and gently try to rock the car. Look underneath the vehicle and double check the jack stands for twisting. You are ready to work on your vehicle.
